Jonathan Xu

I am a senior at the University of Pennsylvania studying statistics and pursuing a concurrent master's in computer science. I am particularly interested in the intersection of AI and healthcare & precision medicine, as well as how to develop autonomous AI systems that can generate novel insights for scientific discovery.

I am very fortunate to be advised by several outstanding mentors: Professor Zhi Huang in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at Penn Medicine, Professor Nancy Zhang in the Department of Statistics at Wharton, and Professor Kevin Volpp in the Department of Health Care Management at Wharton.
